Never watched a webinar before?

Not a problem. Just follow these steps:

Step 1 - sign up for the webinar by clicking on the REGISTER button.

Step 2 - a few days before the live presentation you will be sent an email reminder with instructions on how to log on.

Step 3 – on the day of the webinar a final email reminder will arrive in your inbox containing a direct link to the live presentation. Simply click on the link, which will take you to the webinar.

Step 4 - sit back and enjoy the presentation.

Notes:

• You will not need to download any software as you will be able to watch the live presentation in your usual internet browser at the scheduled date and time.
• The webinar is an audiovisual presentation, therefore you will need to ensure that the sound is fully functional on your computer.
  
• The webinar allows participants to interact with the presenter via a text chat window throughout the presentation. At the end of the session there will be an interactive Question & Answer period to address any questions that have been sent via this window.
