Software Developer
Working within a small team in the rapidly expanding R&D department, the successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to the development of software products that help to maintain Greenlight’s excellent standing in the SEO and paid-search market. The successful candidate will posses excellent knowledge of C# using Winforms and (or) Webforms (ASP.net (C#)) principally to develop user interfaces and Microsoft SQL Server 2005 or 2008 ideally gained over 4-5 years of experience in a commercial company. Knowledge that would be advantageous includes database design, web-services, SOAP, WCF. A good understanding of the internet is highly desirable although existing knowledge in SEO or paid-search is not necessary as you will be trained in this.

SEO Account Manager
Salary negotiable + bens
Reporting to the Account Director, the SEO Account Manager works in a dedicated department of SEO Account Managers and Senior Account Managers and serves as a first point of contact for a portfolio of clients of varying sizes and sectors.
The role comprises of:
- Working directly with clients in planning and implementing online campaigns and strategies which add real value to the company
- Regular reporting and presenting of SEO performance across client websites
- Analysing client websites and search results to identify SEO opportunities within clients’ markets
- Managing internal SEO Analyst and technical resources to deliver the SEO recommendations to schedule
- Analysing clients’ online marketing data to identify new opportunities
- Maintaining the agency’s high client retention rate by developing and fostering long lasting client relationships
- Working directly with clients in planning and implementing online campaigns and strategies which add real value to the company
- Working alongside another Account Manager and under a Senior Account Manager to operate as team managing a portfolio of SEO client campaigns
- Using Greenlight proprietary technology to identify opportunities for client campaigns (training provided)
Skills:
- Minimum 2 years Account Management experience in the New Media industry
- Excellent knowledge of online marketing
- A good understanding of key SEO issues
- Strong client relationship building skills
- Confident client facing presentation skills
- Intermediate or Advanced Excel skills, with strong focus on correlating data sets
- Highly motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to write persuasive business documents including new business proposals and campaign summaries
- Able to work to deadlines and prioritise and manage time across multiple clients
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- A proven track record of proactively identifying business opportunities within client targets and strategies
- Experience of online marketing data analysis and forecasting to CPA and Sales targets

SEO Account Executive

The Account Executive works in the SEO Account Management department which is made up of eight people divided into two teams, both reporting to the SEO Account Director. Each team works on their own portfolio of clients and is lead by a Senior Account Manager who oversees two Account Managers and an Account Executive.
The Account Executive plays a critical supporting role in their Account Management team, helping with a broad range of activities including data analysis, reporting, drafting presentations, document writing and client relations. The role is an ideal entry point into the Account Management department and it is fully expected that successful Executives will be promoted higher within the agency.
The role comprises of:
- Working as an internal resource supporting a team of two SEO Account Managers and one Senior AM in planning and implementing online campaigns and strategies which add real value to their team’s clients
- Preparation of regular reports on SEO performance across client websites
- Analysing client websites and search results to identify SEO opportunities within clients’ markets
- Managing internal SEO Analyst and technical resources to deliver the necessary SEO recommendations
- Working with clients’ online marketing data to analyse results and find new directions for the campaigns
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships that help to build the agency

Skills:
- A real passion for online marketing and good commercial awareness

- Confident enough to deal with clients from major corporations in an efficient and helpful manner

- Research, analysis, and identification of new potential media partners
- Contacting and qualifying potential media partners via phone and email
